War Child empowers children and young people in conflict areas by providing psychosocial support, stimulating education and by offering protection from the effects of war. Through supported activities that use creativity and capacity building we can encourage children to play an active role in overcoming fears and shaping their own future. War Child based in Cyprus has been responding to the needs of Syrian children and strives to build local capacity for Syrian refugees as much as possible.
